Puppyhood and Adolescence
Our training team is here to guide you through the wild stages of puppyhood and adolescence. With online support, in-person lessons, and comprehensive resources, we help you navigate this phase with clarity, confidence, and practical tools that work in real life.

We support dogs working through reactivity, whether it’s on leash, around other dogs, people, or new environments. Through private and semi-private sessions, we meet your dog where they are and guide you step by step toward calmer, more confident responses.

All private dog training sessions are 60 minutes and offered as a Single Session, 4-Pack, or 6-Pack. Custom training packages are also available and can be tailored to meet your specific goals.

Dog walks and adventures is not included outside of training sessions; however, we encourage dog training clients to book dog walks and adventures through Monterey Dog so that our training staff can communicate and coach our walking staff on the skills that your dog is working on so that training is upheld outside of training sessions.

Monterey Dog proudly serves residents and visitors within a 10-mile radius of the city of Monterey, including Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Carmel (Carmel-by-the-Sea and select areas of Carmel Valley), Seaside, select areas of Salinas and Marina.
Services outside this area may be available upon request and are subject to a travel fee of $1.50 per mile for distances beyond 10 miles.
