Complimentary transportation

Our group adventures are elevated group walks (sometimes called pack walks) that focus on providing dogs with the enrichment that they crave through adventuring in new places outside of their neighborhood.

Group adventures are an excellent source of enrichment and at Monterey Dog we strive to bring our groups to as many new locations as possible. You can find a complete list of our adventure locations that we (and you!) can take your dog on our Adventure Map.

Our group adventures guarantee your dog two hours of ADVENTURE, not travel time. Depending on your position on our pick-up and drop-off route, you can expect your dog to be out of the house for approximately 2.5 hours.

We strive to pair your dog with other dogs in their neighborhood and adventure in close proximity to the area so that we can reduce the amount of time that they are in a vehicle. On average, you can expect your dog to not be in a vehicle for more than 15-minutes at a time.

While we currently have availability, depending on the time of day and day of the week, there may be a waitlist for your desired group adventure time.

We evaluate each dog before they are placed into a group to know your dog’s confidence level around other dogs, temperament, and preferences. Evaluations are conducted during a complimentary meet-and-greet appointment with a Monterey Dog team member. To book your appointment give us a call at (831) 224-4152 or fill out our contact form.

Monterey Dog provides services for residents and guests of Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel (including Carmel-by-the-Sea and Carmel Valley), Pebble Beach, Seaside, and Marina.
Services outside of these areas may be provided by request.
